Ingredients

3-4 tbs Porcini Powder
2-3 tbs Pamako Olive Oil
500g Flour (on the picture used Mix Gluten-free Bread Flour)
350ml Warm water
25g Fresh Yeast (Optional)
Salt, Basiclicum, avocado & onions (optional)

Steps

Pour the water, salt and oil into a bowl and add the flour, porcini powder and then the yeast. Create a consistent dough, and allow it to rise for 20 minutes (if you do not use the Yeast, do not wait 20 minutes).  Form the dough into a ball. If sticky, use a bit more flour. Preheat the oven to 180°C on a fan setting and place a small baking tin or tray on the floor of the oven (this needs to heat up with the oven). Bake the bread, add optionally avocado & onions dip on top or just as you wish!
