Our Reishi coffee blend has an impressively low acidity level of pH 6.0 (compared to most regular coffees at pH 4.0-5.0), achieved through our gentle, patented after-roast treatment of the coffee beans.

Instructions For Use:
We recommend 7 grams of Reishi ground espresso coffee for a single shot.
Experiment with this and the recommendations of your coffee maker. We go for two to three cups per day.

In addition, we do a natural after-treatment of the roasted coffee beans, increasing the pH of the coffee from around 5,0 (or even as low as 4,3 in regular coffee) to around 6,0.
