Spinach frittata with wild mushrooms


Rinse dried mushrooms and rehydrate (just soak in water) for about 25 minutes.
Add some olive oil, onions, garlic, spinach, bacon, salt, oregano and mushrooms to the oven pot and mix everything together. Add eggs and sunflower seeds on top. Bake for 30 minutes (180 degrees Celsius).


Super easy to prepare and very tasty.
